Return Policy:
1. We do NOT accept returns for opened or used products due to health and safety reasons.
2. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

shipping label. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged, and the return label is
attached. NOTE: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due
to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
4. Once we receive the product and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a
refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us
immediately via email-support@elistre.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and
cover the return shipping costs.
